Preview — Titan and the Tokenization of Hashpower

TL;DR: We’re talking about tokenizing hashpower at CoinMarketCap’s “The Capital” conference in Singapore and you should check it out.

At the start of this year in Singapore, Bloq unveiled what is — in all due modesty — one of the most exciting and potentially transformative projects in its BloqLabs portfolio: Titan. To bookend the year, we are returning to the Lion City with an update on our vision and roadmap.

Titan originally launched with a very strong focus on solving an emerging issue: managing and optimizing a mine’s hardware at massive scale. We often joked that “Plugging your miner into the network should be the last thing you get out of your chair to do.”

But we soon realized that it’s not enough to make mines work better — we needed to make mining itself work better. This means delivering greater stability, accessibility, and transparency, worldwide. (With a name like “Titan,” we make no small plans.)

Our proposed answer — the tokenization of mining hashpower — should come as no surprise to anyone who has followed Titan’s parent company, Bloq, and its renowned founders. To learn more, come see Bloq Chairman Matthew Roszak and I talk about the tokenization of hashpower at “The Capital.” For extra credit, download the preliminary whitepaper and read ahead.

Looking forward to seeing you there.

Ryan Condron, CEO, Titan
